The History of Popeye Pancakes

The Popeye Pancakes is named after the well-known cartoon character Popeje de Mer, who enjoys eating spinach. These confectioners were developed as a fun way to include the nutritional benefits of spinach into your favorite breakfast menu. By adding spinach to the pot, you not only increase the flavor, but you also saturate it with vitamins and minerals.

I think spinach forever will remind me of Popeye when I was little and watched cartoons and when he ate the can of spinach, his muscles filled up, I hadn’t realized the role spinach has on our bodies, but today as I matured, I realized an on our health, mood, strength, and everything. Spinach is rich in vitamins A and c, folic acid, iron, calcium, magnesium, b6, and many other important things. Let’s make these savory pancakes and we’ll be as strong as the Popeyes

Ingredients:
Here’s for the pancakes:
30 grams rolled oats
50g baby spinach or plain
100 ml almond milk
1 medium egg
Pinch of salt and black pepper
Coconut spray

For accessories :
4 cherry tomatoes (70g)
15g young onion (one handful)
50g avocado
Lime rind
Lime juice 30ml
10 basil leaves
100 grams of cottage cheese
Pinch of salt and black pepper

Preparation:
Put the ingredients for the pancakes in a blender and blend. Rinse the cap over medium-high heat and spray the pan with coconut spray. From this mixture, I obtained 3 pancakes which are enough for one person. Fry them for about a minute to a minute and a half per side and check with a spatula on the sides, if it separates, then you flip it. Next, chop all the ingredients for the top of the pancakes, except the fromage blanc, and mix. Wash the lime peel and grate. Half a lemon peel is enough, but you can also make a whole. When the pancakes are finished, serve the three toppings as well and top with fromage blanc. This combination is PERFECT and I highly recommend it!
